Kathryn Ann Pooser was born on May 28, 1954, in California. She entered Heaven’s gates on June 2, 2018, after passing peacefully at her home in Goodwater. A Celebration of Life will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, at the First Baptist Church, located at 360 N. First Ave., in Holbrook. Light refreshments will be served. Kathryn’s passion was helping everyone she met including strangers. She filled the lives of her friends with much joy and will be missed by all. She loved serving as a volunteer at Operation Love, a local food bank hosted at the First Baptist Church in Holbrook. She was an avid reader. She faithfully attended Faith Victory Ministries and she showed others how a Godly life should be lived, as evidenced by her works. She is survived by her three faithful companions, Goldie, Mottie and Foxy; her loving nephew, Douglas Pooser of Utah; older brother, Clyde Pooser of California; and countless other loving friends. A fund to assist with the cost of burial has been established at Wells Fargo Bank under account No. 5708243810. Owens Livingston Mortuary of Holbrook handled the arrangements.
