The Bulldogs are 0-1 in regular season contests with a 1-15 road loss at Mingus Union being their only power point game played to this point. They did compete in the Falcon invitational tournament on Feb. 23 and 24, coming away with a 23-3 win over Horizon Honors and a 5-13 loss to east region foe Blue Ridge, although neither of those contests matter in the power rankings.
The loss on Feb. 27 to the Marauders did count against them however. Look for the Bulldogs to right the ship this week. After hosting Tuba City on Tuesday, they are slated to play at Sedona on Friday. Next Tuesday, the Dawgs will play at Window Rock, followed by a road trip to Chinle next Friday. At worst, Winslow should expect to get at least two wins if not all three in the coming week to get their season back on track in the early going.
