The Lady Wildcat’s regular season came to an end on Friday with a 55-51 road loss at Mayer. On Tuesday of last week they were upended at Cibecue by a final score of 62-45. Those two losses dropped their overall season mark to 7-18. They will have at least one game left in the 1A Central Regional Tournament, which will be on Wednesday against third seeded Williams. The Vikings have beaten Joseph City easily in both meetings during the year and unless the Lady Wildcats can flip the script, today’s (Wednesday’s) game may be their final contest of the season.
