Atsuo Sakurai of Holbrook is featured in the September edition of Phoenix Magazine, which went on sale Aug. 20.

Sakura is making quite a name for himself with his Arizona Sake label. His sake brewed in Holbrook is now being served at many fine establishments around the state, including the Sushi Roku in Scottsdale and the Nobuo at Teeter House in downtown Phoenix.

Sakurai is certified by the Japanese government as a brewer and is the only first grade brewer in the United States.
