Registration for the 2017-18 school year at Holbrook High School, Holbrook Junior High School, Hulet Elementary School and Park Elementary School will take place from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 18, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, July 19 and 20, and 8 to 11 a.m. on Friday, July 21, at the respective schools. Registration for Indian Wells Elementary School is planned from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, July 17-20. If you have pre-registered, please stop by your school to update and verify all information to ensure the correct information is in the district’s database. Please have current contact information available, including phone number, address and email address. The State of Arizona requires validation of proof of residency, which could be a billing address, photo identification or other identification that has a physical address that proves where you live. Certificate of Indian Blood verification is required for Native American students to receive tribal benefits. All students must be current on immunizations to attend school and have birth certificate information on file.
