Photo by John Gerald JimenezHolbrook resident and Navajo dancer Delano Paddock participated in the Heard Museum Hoop Dance World Championship held in Phoenix last month and took home second place in the Youth Division. Delano, 12, is the son of Jeremy Paddock and Geraldine Yazzie and his talents have been showcased locally throughout the years including during the Summer Indian Dances held at Gillespie Park.
