Navajo County Fair, Inc., will hold its annual meeting at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2016, at the county fairgrounds, located at 404 E. Hopi Drive in Holbrook. This year for the annual elections there are seven vacant seats. If you are interested in being a board member, you must be sponsored by a current board member, submit a letter of intent and bio no later than Friday, Dec. 18, and be 18 years of age or older, and a bona-fide resident of Navajo County (any person who resides in Navajo County for a period of not less than one year.) All residents of Navajo County are invited to attend the annual meeting. If you are interested in voting, you must be 18 years of age or older, a resident of Navajo County for not less than one year, show your current ID and sign-in with the secretary in the Navajo County Fair Office no later than 6:45 p.m. on Jan. 6.
