‘Tis the season to give and Esmeralda Aguilera (far right, holding her son Alessandro) is working with Catholic Charities to ensure that no children in the area go without a present for Christmas. Donations of unwrapped toys, clothes, shoes, socks, blankets and more can be dropped off from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, and from 1 to 6 p.m. on Saturdays through Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, at Esmeralda’s Bella Vida Salon and Spa, located at 255 N. First Ave. in Holbrook. Esmeralda’s employees Xochitl Luna (left) and Lucia Garcia (center) will be sure to wrap them and get them ready for kids to enjoy.
