Dogs ready for adoption at the Holbrook Animal Shelter include (top) Asha, a female red heeler mix. She needs an active family, preferably with children, as she loves to play with them. She’s good with most other dogs unless they act aggressive toward her. Her name means happy, and that’s exactly what she is. She is loving, well mannered and housebroken, too. She just adores men. She is currently in a home situation, so if you’d like to meet Asha, please contact the shelter to do so. Tila (bottom), a female American Bulldog/Boxer, is approximately one year old and is ready for a new home. She is a bundle of energy and joy. Her previous owner surrendered her and would like to see her in a good home. She’s a loyal girl and would make a great watchdog for your family, though she is a little too exuberant for small kids. The fee is $75 for female dogs, which includes spay, rabies vaccination and a city license. Stop by the shelter at 105 Airport Road today to meet your new best friend.
