Photo by Chelsea Teri ParsonsHolbrook’s Annual Foster Kids Christmas Program was another huge success thanks to the efforts of the employees of Cholla Power Plant in Joseph City and those serving at Catholic Charities Foster & Adoption. Pictured are Catholic Charities’ License and Adoption Specialist Jodi Duran (left) and Foster Care and Adoption Supervisor Donna Baldonado (right) who worked to ensure local foster children receive donated Christmas gifts.
