Photo courtesy of the Navajo County Historical SocietyIn the early 1900s, Holbrook was home to two newspapers, The Holbrook News, which began in 1915, and The Holbrook Tribune, which began 1918. In 1923, owners of the Tribune bought the other publication and the name, and in 2008 the name was changed to The Tribune-News. The paper moved from this location on Navajo Blvd. next to the Chalcedony Lodge to its current location at 200 E. Hopi Drive in 1930.
