Taylor Mayor Debbie Tuckfield (left) presents Town Clerk Kelly Jones with a plaque March 2 for earning the designation of Certified Municipal Clerk, which is awarded by the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) Inc. This designation is given to clerks who have completed demanding education requirements, and who have a record of significant contributions to their local government, their community and state.
