At approximately 2:06 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 19, officers with the Snowflake-Taylor Police Department investigated a report of a suspicious juvenile carrying what appeared to be a firearm in the fields between Papermill Road and Walmart in Taylor. During the investigation, officers located and detained a 15-year-old boy who had fled into a nearby wooded area.
