One collision was investigated by Holbrook police officers during the period of Oct. 14-20, according to dispatcher reports.
At 6 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 18, a two-vehicle collision with injuries occurred at the intersection of Navajo Blvd. and Hopi Drive. The vehicles involved were a white 2011 Audi driven by Victor Cabrera, 43, of Guasave, Mexico, and a blue 2024 Kia Seltos driven by Susan Hunt, 73, of Florence, Ariz. According to the report, Cabrera was traveling south on Navajo Blvd., when Hunt, who was traveling north on Navajo Blvd. turned left at the intersection, striking Cabrera. Injuries were treated at the scene. Hunt was cited for failure to yield at an intersection.
