One collision was investigated by Snowflake-Taylor police officers during the period of Aug. 12-18, according to dispatcher reports.
At 2:34 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 12, a hit and run collision with injuries occurred on North Main Street and West Papermill Road in Taylor. Karen Brubaker, 51, of Snowflake, who was traveling southbound behind a vehicle driven by Doris Diedrich, 82, of Lakeside, was reportedly following too closely and struck Diedrich from behind. Brubaker was cited for following too closely. Minor injuries were reported by several juvenile passengers but no one was transported for treatment.
