The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of April 18-25. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 9:38 a.m. on Monday, April 20, Leia White, 35, of Overgaard, was arrested for disorderly conduct after deputies were dispatched to the 3000 block of Chevelon Road in Overgaard for a report of a disorderly. White is booked into the county jail.
At 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Michael Lavery, 46, of Lakeside, was arrested for disorderly assault and aggravated assault after deputies were dispatched to the 2300 block of Antelope Trail in Overgaard for a report of an assault. Lavery was booked into the county jail.
