The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of Feb. 1-7. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 10:39 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 4, Dimante Adams, 28, of Overgaard, was arrested for failure to comply with a court order following a traffic stop on State Route 260 at Park View Road in Heber. Adams was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
At 12:24 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 6, Jessica Brown, 33, of Heber, was arrested for DUI, DUI with a blood alcohol content of .08% or more and extreme DUI with a blood alcohol content of .15% or more, and Rachelle Arthur, 34, of Heber, was arrested for failure to appear following a traffic stop on the 1900 block of State Route 260 in Overgaard. Brown and Arthur were both booked into the county jail.
At 11:02 p.m. on Friday, Gary Bellinger Jr., 23, of Clinton, Ohio, was arrested for DUI and Garrison Carter, 27, of Clinton, Ohio, was arrested for an open container violation following a traffic stop on State Route 277 at State Route 260 in Heber. Bellinger and Carter were both booked into the county jail.
