Three collisions were investigated by Snowflake-Taylor police officers during the period of Dec. 17-23, according to dispatcher reports.
At 6:18 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 17, a two-vehicle collision with injuries occurred on North Main Street and Silver Creek in Snowflake. The vehicles involved were a 2024 Ford F350 driven by Jason Lewis, 58, of Snowflake, and a 2019 Kia Forte driven by Tricia Seymore, 54, of Snowflake. According to the report, Lewis failed to stop at a stop light and collided into Seymore who sustained shoulder injuries and was transported to Summit Healthcare for treatment of her injuries. Lewis was cited for failure to stop at a stop light.
