The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of Aug. 3-9. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 6:31 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 6, Maverick Williams, 19, of Heber, was arrested for criminal damage after deputies were dispatched to the 1800 block of Toad Stool Road in Heber for a report of a disorderly subject. Williams was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
At 10:50 p.m. on Wednesday, Nathaniel Fountain, 24, of Scottsdale, was arrested for driving on a suspended/revoked/canceled license after deputies made contact with Fountain in the Heber area. Fountain was booked into the county jail.
At 11:35 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 8, Joseph Riccardi Jr., 68, of Heber, was arrested for sexual exploitation of a minor and sexual conduct with a minor after deputies were dispatched to the Heber area for a report of a sexual offense. Riccardi was booked into the county jail.
