The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of June 22-28. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 11:03 a.m. on Wednesday, June 25, James Grieco, 64, of Glendale, was cited and released for criminal speeding following a traffic stop on the 2900 block of State Route 260 in Overgaard.
At 11:57 a.m. on Wednesday, Michael Evans, 51, of Roswell, N.M., was arrested for driving on a suspended/revoked/canceled license following a traffic stop on State Route 260 at milepost 307 in the Overgaard area. Evans were booked into the Navajo County Jail.
At 1:39 p.m., on Friday, June 27, Floyad Goss, 51, of Antelope Valley, was arrested for burglary and six counts of aggravated harassment after deputies made contact with Goss in the Heber area. Goss was booked into the county jail.
At 7:20 p.m. on Friday, Sergio Araujo Lagarde, 36, of Glendale, was arrested on a warrant after deputies made contact with Araujo Lagarde in the Heber area. Araujo Lagarde was booked into the county jail.
