The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of April 20-26. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 1:53 p.m. on Sunday, April 20, Kenneth Perry, 32, of Overgaard, was arrested for failure to comply following a traffic stop at Tall Timber Park in Heber. Perry was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
At 5:43 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, Christopher Bewley, 38, of Overgaard, was arrested for harassment and failure to appear after deputies made contact with Bewley in the Overgaard area. Bewley was booked into the county jail.
