The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of March April 6-12. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 4:20 p.m. on Monday, April 7, Hailee Hernandez, 28, of Overgaard, was arrested for two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor after detectives conducted an investigation and served a search warrant on the 2000 block of Pine Haven Lane in Overgaard. Hernandez was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
At 12:22 a.m. on Saturday, April 12, Franklin Howard, 24, of Clay Springs, was arrested for threatening and intimidating and a 16-year-old Clay Springs boy was arrested and issued a juvenile referral for threatening and intimidating after deputies were dispatched to the 2100 block of Copper Road in Clay Springs for a report of a fire.
Howard was booked into the county jail.
