Friday, Feb. 28: Lounette Sakenima, 38, possession of drug paraphernalia and an open container violation; Keenan Masayesva, 22, possession of a narcotic drug, shoplifting and an open container violation; and Ernie McCartney, 70, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs and a warrant.
Saturday, March 1: Myrtis Rockwell, 51, consumption of alcohol in violation of city ordinance.
