The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Areas 1 and 2 during the period of Feb. 2-8. Areas 1 and 2 include Joseph City, Woodruff, Sun Valley, Goodwater, Adamana, unincorporated areas of Winslow and Holbrook, and parts of the Navajo and Hopi reservations that are located within the boundaries of Navajo County. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 11:47 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 2, Jessica Serna, 42, of Holbrook, was arrested for two counts of violation of probation after deputies made contact with Serna in the Holbrook area. Serna was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
At 9:58 p.m. on Sunday, Gregory Kisto, 39, of Sacaton, was arrested for driving on a suspended/revoked/canceled license following a traffic stop on Navajo Blvd. and Hopi Drive in Holbrook. Kisto was booked into the county jail.
At 11:25 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 3, Jarret Hendricks, 36, of Winslow, was arrested for possession and/or use of a narcotic drug for sale and possession and/or use of drug paraphernalia after deputies assisted Navajo County Adult Probation in the Winslow area. Hendricks was booked into the county jail.
At 3:19 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 3, Ferdale Yazzie, 38, of Holbrook, was arrested for threatening and intimidating, trespassing, and disorderly conduct, after deputies were dispatched to the 400 block of West Hopi Drive in Holbrook for a report of a disorderly subject. Yazzie was booked into the county jail.
At 5:50 p.m. on Monday, Desiree Cisneros, 32, of Holbrook, was arrested for failure to appear after deputies made contact with Cisneros in the Holbrook area. Cisneros was booked into the county jail.
At 9:27 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 4, Derrick Hatton, 42, of Holbrook was arrested for assault after deputies were dispatched to the Navajo County Jail in Holbrook for a report of an inmate assaulting a detention deputy.
At 5:17 p.m. on Tuesday, Wilson Crosby, 39, of Holbrook, was arrested for failure to appear after deputies made contact with Crosby in the Holbrook area. Crosby was booked into the county jail.
At 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 5, Woodley Benally, 39, of Winslow, was cited and released for criminal speeding following a traffic stop on State Route 87 at milepost 351 in the Winslow area.
At 6:28 p.m. on Wednesday, Emiliano Brito, 26, of Winslow, was arrested for assault after deputies were dispatched to the Navajo County Jail for a report of an assault.
At 12:28 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 7, Cheryl Todicheeney, 61, of Winslow, was cited and released for DUI, DUI with a blood alcohol content of .10% or more and an open container violation following a traffic stop on State Route 87 at milepost 348 in the Winslow area.
At 6:35 p.m. on Friday, Britany Kennedy, 39, of Holbrook, was arrested on a warrant after deputies made contact with Kennedy in the Holbrook area. Kennedy was booked into the county jail.
