The family of John Luther Dalton III, age 92, would like to inform you of his passing on Sept. 28, 2024. John was a community leader and an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Those who know and love him are familiar with his service and accomplishments in this life.
John is survived by his wife, Billie and they will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary next year. He is also survived by his children, Amber Atkinson (David), Margo Uhl (Dan), John L. Dalton IV and David Dalton (Belle); 25 grandchildren, 35.75 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren and more to come. All because two people fell in love.
A celebration of John’s life will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 2, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Winslow Stake Center, with a viewing preceding from 9-9:30 a.m.
