The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of Sept. 8-14. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 12:07 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 8, Arthur Dailey, 43, of and Mark Nash, 28, both of Overgaard, were each cited and released for disorderly conduct after deputies were dispatched to the 2700 block of State Route 260 in Heber for a report of a disorderly call.
At 12 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 11, Sarah Bastedo, 28, of Overgaard, was arrested for criminal damage and assault after deputies were dispatched to the 2300 block of State Route 260 for a welfare check. Bastedo was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
