On April 10, the Navajo County Sheriff’s Office, White Mountain Special Response Team (WMSRT), Show Low Police Department and the Major Crimes Apprehension Team (MCAT) served a search warrant at a residence in the 1800 block of Smith Place in White Mountain Lake in attempts to locate Lisa Rose Meininger, 50, of White Mountain Lake for warrants but Meininger was not at the residence.

Five days later on April 15, law enforcement observed Meininger driving in the White Mountain Lake area and attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Bourdon Ranch Road at milepost 11 but Meininger became aware of the officer and began driving erratically while continuing to flee from law enforcement. About a mile down the road, Meininger lost control of the vehicle and spun around on the roadway where the vehicle became inoperable.

Meininger was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs, criminal damage, unlawful flight from a law enforcement officer and three warrants. She was booked into Navajo County Jail.
