The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of March 10-16. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 10:29 p.m. on Sunday, March 10, Burt Minard, 51, of Payson, was arrested for driving on a suspended/canceled/revoked license following a traffic stop on State Route 260 at milepost 293 in Heber. Minard was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
At 10:52 p.m. on Monday, March 11, Robert Gray, 62, of Claysprings, was arrested for aggravated DUI following a traffic stop on State Route 260 at Covered Wagon in Overgaard. Gray was booked into the county jail.
At 12:55 a.m. on Wednesday, March 13, Aundre Oller, 45, of Heber, was arrested for disorderly conduct after deputies were dispatched to the 3400 block of Indian Pottery Road in Snowflake for a report of a disorderly conduct. Oller was booked into the county jail.
At 1:02 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, Crandall Riggs, 51, of Overgaard, was arrested for possession of a weapon by a prohibited possessor after deputies were assisting Navajo County Adult Probation on the 2100 block of Blue Jay Road in Heber. Riggs was booked into the county jail.
At 5:35 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, Digvijay Mohan, 40, of Peoria, was cited and released for criminal speeding following a traffic stop on State Route 260 at milepost 310 in Overgaard.
At 11:41 a.m. on Saturday, March 16, Reilly Graham, 41, of Scottsdale, was cited and released for criminal speeding following a traffic stop on the 1800 block of State Route 260 in Heber.
At 10:57 p.m. on Friday, March 15, Ian Carson, 37, of Overgaard was arrested for assault and disorderly conduct after deputies were dispatched to the 2900 block of Deer Trail in Overgaard for a report of a disorderly subject. Carson was booked into the county jail.
At 10:14 a.m. on Saturday, March 16, Ethan Ellison, 21, of Manuelito, was cited and released for criminal speeding following a traffic stop on State Route 377 at milepost 10.5 in Heber.
At 6:26 p.m. on Saturday, Veronica Holguin, 41, of Mirage, was cited and released for criminal speeding following a traffic stop on State Route 260 at Forest Park Drive in Overgaard.
