Wednesday, Nov. 29: Machine Yazzie, 51, DUI; Steven Charley, 49, possession of alcohol in violation of city ordinance; Howard Gishie, 34, possession of alcohol in violation of city ordinance and two warrants; Velvinda Begaye, 46, possession of alcohol in violation of city ordinance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sunday, Dec. 3: Martinez Riggs, 27, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest; Athena Luna, 26, DUI; and Nicolas Gomez, 18, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage drinking.
