Dustin Lee Socorro Vega passed away at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 4, 2023. He went to be with the Lord at the age of 28 years old. He was born on Oct. 4, 1995, in Winslow. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Reyes and Socorro Vega, and Bob and Diane Posey; his sister, Eillen Stago; uncle, Daniel Posey; and nephew, Cruz Stago. He is survived by his wife, Stacey Hayes-Vega and three children, Jesse Vega, Antonio Vega and Emilleo Vega; his father, Juan Vega; stepmother, Frances Vega; mother, Sharon Lolmaugh; brother, Andrew Trujillo; niece, Elena Stago; and nephew, Ramon Stago. Holy Rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m., on Friday, Dec. 15, at Madre de Dios Catholic Church with Mass of Christian, with burial will be held at 10 a.m., with inurnment to follow in Desert View Cemetery. Luncheon will be held at 12 p.m. at 322 W. Hillview in Winslow, following the service. Greer’s Mortuary of Winslow handled the arrangements.
