These persons are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt. Monday, Sept. 11: None listed. Tuesday, Sept. 12: Woodley Benally, 37, kidnapping, assault and preventing the use of a telephone during an emergency; Logan Garrett, 23, four warrants; and Dylan Vargas, 22, a red light violation and DUI. Wednesday, Sept. 13: Justin Dickson, 55, trespassing. Thursday, Sept. 14: Nathan Fales, 35, DUI. Friday, Sept. 15: Roger Lyle, 58, trespassing and disorderly conduct. Saturday, Sept. 16: Teren Begay, 18, underage drinking and possession of marijuana. Sunday, Sept. 17: Alvarro Castillo, 35, a warrant; Johnny Estudillo, 48, criminal nuisance; Ryanle Benally, 39, a warrant; and Jacob Ben, 32, and Ernistine Smith, 52, both for possession of alcohol in violation of city ordinance.
