One collision was investigated by Holbrook police officers during the period of June 12-17, according to dispatcher reports. At approximately 10:26 p.m. on Friday, July 14, a two vehicle, non-injury collision occurred at the intersection of State Route 77 and State Route 377. The vehicles involved were a black Chevy Malibu driven by Raven Brown, 25, of Phoenix and a gray Dodge Grand Caravan driven by Alex Amaya, 53, of Snowflake. According to the report, Amaya was driving south on State Route 77 when Brown, who was stopped at the stop sign at State Route 377 drove forward and was struck by Amaya. Both cars sustained extensive damage. Brown was cited for failure to yield from a stop sign.
