Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by WPD officers in connection with these incidents are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt. At 11:11 p.m. on Saturday, June 10, an employee of Tom’s Tavern, located at 1500 E. 3rd St., reported damage to a fence on the southeast side of the building. Tristan Long, 21, was arrested for criminal damage in connection with the incident.
