Photos by Linda Kor and Lynn HuenemannRun for the Wall riders made their annual trek to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall in Washington, D.C., last week, traveling through northeastern Arizona last Thursday. Riders first went through downtown Winslow, then were greeted by the Joseph City Volunteer Fire Department and Arizona Public Service Fire Brigade members who displayed a giant flag over the interstate in Joseph City. Riders then arrived in Holbrook, where they drove past schools with excited children waving flags and were treated to a delicious meal by the American Legion Auxiliary.
