The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of Oct. 30 – Nov. 5. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt. At 3:11 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5, Ruby J. Hamilton, 62, of Overgaard was arrested for failure to comply with a court order following a traffic stop on State Route 260 and Caprice Trail in Heber. Hamilton was booked into the county jail.
