Tuesday, April 26: Ernestine Maretta Smith, 51, a warrant; Miles Kendrick Gorman, 34, criminal damage/domestic violence and disorderly conduct/domestic violence; Lionel Terrance Taha, 33, aggravated domestic violence; and Richard Andrew Dufresne, 63, DUI, DUI with a blood alcohol content of .08% or more and extreme DUI with a blood alcohol content of .15% or more. Wednesday, April 27: Elaina Sage Gray, 20, possession of drug paraphernalia and an open container violation; a 17-year-old girl for underage drinking; Santiago Jeremiah Cardenas, 20, false reporting to a law enforcement officer, criminal damage, escape, disorderly conduct/domestic violence, and assault/domestic violence; Robert J. Arthur, 39, assault; and a 15-year-old boy for incorrigible juvenile/ domestic violence, threatening and intimidating/domestic violence, disorderly conduct/domestic violence, and assault/domestic violence. Thursday, April 28: Tyrell Wyatt Taha, 19, underage drinking and an open container violation; Kai Morris, 18, underage DUI; and Jerry Nells, 57, trespassing. Friday, April 29: James Shea, 40, violation of an injunction against harassment; and Nathan Henry Johnson, 20, criminal damage. Saturday, April 30: Gregory Tyrone Garrett, 62, disorderly conduct/domestic violence and assault/domestic violence; and Jamal Dakari Gishal-Yazzie, 22, disorderly conduct/domestic violence and violation of a court order. Sunday, May 1: Samleta Mae Begay, 41, aggravated DUI and a warrant; and Shawn A. Chase, 38, an open container violation.
