The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of March 6-12. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt. On Wednesday, March 9, Bruno Magallanes Corrales, 54, of Overgaard was cited and released for DUI and an open container violation following a traffic stop in the 2000 block of B Street in Overgaard. On Wednesday, Timothy John Melchisedech, 56, of Overgaard was arrested for possession of a narcotic drug and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 1900 block of Highway 260 in Heber.
