Ezekiel Riggs Ezekiel “Zeke” Riggs, 6, passed away on Aug. 13, 2021, in Phoenix. He was born on July 10, 2015, in Phoenix. He is survived by his parents, Rachelle Riggs and Billy Sovero; sister, Azalea; brother, Uzziah; grandparents, Rachel Tache, Marvin Riggs, and Donna and Andy Sovero. Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 27, at Winslow Funeral Home, in Winslow. Burial to follow in Desert View Cemetery.
