Nora graduated from Winslow High School and joined the Air Force in 1952, with dreams of traveling the world and becoming a nurse. Her most treasured memories were her weekends in Washington, D.C. A wonderful surprise changed her life forever while stationed at Ramstein Air Base in Germany. There she met and married M. J. “Nick” Breeze, her husband of 65 years. Together they raised nine children. Through the Air Force she found her life as a wife, mother and friend to many. Through her life as a follower of our Lord Jesus Christ she created a community of joy and love that greatly defines her legacy. Her life of faith was most revealed through daily prayer, especially for many that requested her prayers. Her favorite prayers where the Liturgy of the Hours and the Most Holy Rosary. Dancing, one of the joys of her life, as with many other activities was limited by arthritis. She accepted this limitation as a mysterious gift from heaven and trusted in God. To the end she was a faithful servant of the Lord and looked with peaceful anticipation to joining her departed family and friends. She is deeply missed as she dances her way into heaven.
