Hilda Vargas Vega
Hilda Vargas Vega, age 54, passed away peacefully on Dec. 11, 2019, surrounded by her loving family. She was born Oct. 26, 1965, in C. Madera, Mexico, to Adolfo Vargas Beltran and Aurelia Vega De La Cruz.
Please join us in celebrating her life at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 21, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at 1501 N. Kinsley Ave. in Winslow.
Hilda was a devoted mother and beloved grandmother. Her grandchildren cherished the time they spent with her. They were the greatest joy of her life. Time not spent with her family was spent serving the Lord amongst her congregation and through her work in the temple. Her favorite place to be was the temple, believing it to be her calling in life. She was a shining example of the love of Jesus Christ.
She is survived by her father, Adolfo; brothers, Martin, Reinaldo and Cipriano; sisters, Elva, Manuela and Soccorro; children, Daniel, Omar and Gabriella; and grandchildren, Michelle, Nathalia, Mayerlin, Domenic, Nathan and Isael.
