Lillian S. Gonzales, 86, born Jan. 23, 1933 and entered into rest on Aug. 13, 2019 at her home in Winslow, surrounded by family.

Holy Rosary will be at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17, with Mass of Christian Burial at 1 p.m. at Madre De Dios Catholic Church. Burial will be at Desert View Cemetery.

Lillian was born to David and Francis Salazar, in Winslow. On May 3, 1953, Lillian married Louis S. Gonzales and began their family. Lillian liked to play bingo and go to the casino. She loved to be with her grandchildren and children. She enjoyed making people laugh and making tortillas for them.

She is survived by her son, Arthur (Pam) Gonzales; daughters, Virginia (Marcelo) Vargas, Debra (Donny) Hearrell; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and one on the way; sister, Ezzie Ensey; and brothers, Michael Salazar and Pete Salazar.

She is preceded in death by her father, David and mother, Francis; husband, Louis; sister, Flora Lopez; and her brothers, Melcor Salazar, Reyes Salazar, Frankie Salazar, Robert Salazar, Fidencio Salazar and David Salazar.
