Photo by Linda KorJoseph City High School students Nick Winner (left) and Terrance Rodriguez (right) show how they are growing a variety of lettuce using aquaponics. The greenhouse was constructed last year and students are learning the value of growing and harvesting their own food. The fresh produce, which includes herbs and soon tomatoes, is also available for sale and sale dates can be found at the Joseph City Schools Facebook page.
