Barbara Carey went to the Lord peacefully on May 3, 2018, surrounded by her loved ones in Taylor. Barbara was born on Feb. 21, 1962, to John and Jane Walker in Bridgeport, Conn. She lived in Phoenix until finding her home in the White Mountains where she was happy. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her. Fly with the angels and rest in peace. She is survived by her husband, James L. Carey; her sons, James Ryan Carey and Bob Carey; and her daughters, Destiny Carey and Carma Methe. She was preceded in death by John Welker, Jane Welker and Judy Welker. Silver Creek Mortuary of Taylor handled the arrangements.
