Edward “Bobo” Villarino, 77, passed away on Jan. 22, 2018, at home in Winslow. He was born on Oct. 20, 1940, in Winslow. Holy Rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 29, at the Madre de Dios Catholic Church in Winslow, followed by Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Bobo was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle, but most of all a dear friend to all. He enjoyed working in his yard and working with Leon King (Quality Control Supervisor) on his spurs. He attended every memorial, parade and service with pride. He loved his country and flag, but most of all he loved his family. Bobo is survived by his wife, Linda Villarino, who never left his side; sons, Raymond (Melissa) Villarino of Phoenix, Phillip Villarino of Winslow and Juan Villarino of Phoenix; daughter, Maria (Bill) Villarino of Winslow; sister, Ernestine Mendoza of Indio, Calif.; and brother, Jose “Pepe” Villarino of San Diego, Calif.
