The Winslow Chamber of Commerce welcomed another new business to the downtown area April 15. Rise n’ Grind Nutrition is offering fitness classes including Zumba and what they call “mindset” classes, those aimed at helping people commit to the lifestyle change of fitness.

The grand opening festivities included a DJ and dancing, a tour of the facility, samples of products being offered at Rise n’ Grind, and multiple local vendors.
