Freeda E. Beeson entered into rest on Monday, Dec. 5, 2016, in Payson. At her request, there will not be any services. She was born Dec. 16, 1926, in Iowa. Freeda was a longtime resident of Winslow, a life member of the VFW Auxiliary and a member of the First Baptist Church. She blessed many lives, and her friends and family will truly miss her. Survivors include her sons, Paul (Kenda) of Tonto Basin and Michael (Carla) of Winslow; her daughters, Patricia Moore (Lee) of Gilbert and Ida Wadley (Charles) of Killeen, Texas; 21 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, John; her son, John Jr.; her daughters, Kathy and Linda; two great-grandsons, Hayden Walton and Jason Hathaway; a sister and two brothers. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the charity of your choice. Greer’s Mortuary of Winslow was in charge of the arrangements.
