The Winslow Historical Society will host its 2016 annual meeting from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 6, at the Winslow Visitors Center/Hubbell Trading Post, 523 W. Second St.

The free event begins at 2 p.m. with a reception and performance by the Better-Than-Nothings with Greg and Casey. The annual meeting will begin at about 2:45, and will include the election of new board members and brief reports on museum activities over the past year.

While there, attendees can join or renew their memberships for 2017; buy the museum’s 2017 historical calendar, America’s Main Street: US Route 66 in Winslow; and take a ticket for a chance to win a terrific door prize donated by the Old Trails Museum, La Posada Hotel and several current board members.
