Arizona Public Service Co. has submitted a request to the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) for a rate review, its first in five years. Company officials say the proposal would enable them to continue investing in what customers have told them they want, including a cleaner energy mix, an advanced power grid that encourages more innovation and more customer control, grid security, economic growth and, above all else, reliability customers can count on.
