Teddy Bonnie, 92, passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2016, in Winslow. Graveside services will be held at noon (DST) on Saturday, May 7, at Wide Ruins Community Cemetery. He was born March 7, 1924, in Wide Ruins and lived in Arizona all his life. He enjoyed farming. Survivors include his daughters, Marlene Begay and Caroline Begay; his cousin sisters, Pauline Yazzie and Marie Mike, and his cousin brother, Hoskie Gaddy; three half-sisters, Bertha Johnson, Winnie Bonnie and Jocetta Teller; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jesse Bonnie; his brother, Jack James Sr.; and two half-brothers, Roy Bonnie and Ted Bonnie. Greer’s Mortuary of Winslow was in charge of the arrangements.
