Devoted wife and mother Jackie McKinnon passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2015. A memorial service was held Aug. 8 at the Concho Valley Community Church.
She was born June 22, 1949, in Poplar Bluff, Mo, to Finis and Dorothy Merkel.
For 10 wonderful years Jackie enjoyed working with the children at Concho Elementary School, as well as forming close friendships with her fellow workers.
Survivors include her husband of 48 years, James McKinnon Jr.; five children, Tabatha, James III, Troy, Dawn and Kimberly; and many, many grandchildren, as well as great-grandchildren.
Jackie will be dearly missed.
Owens Livingston Mortuary of Show Low was in charge of the arrangements.
